TNO aims to bridge the gap between technology within a company and its application in sport. We know the market parties and can link up the chain. This is a role that suits us perfectly as experts in both technology and the needs of the sports market. Our access to end-user, our multidisciplinary approach and our prominent knowledge position in various areas are the keys to our distinctiveness.

 

The efforts of TNO are being applied in five main areas:

The knowledge base of TNO comprises extensive human factors knowledge with knowledge of technology and applications. This knowledge base is further strengthened by structural collaboration with universities. To keep in close connection with the needs of the sporter and to be able to develop innovations with the sporter, TNO has also structural relations to the sports with a.o. the Dutch Olympic Committee/Dutch Sports Federation (NOC*NSF).

 

TNO is the co-ordinator of INNOSPORT.
